Job summary

MultiCare Health System in Auburn, WA is seeking System Resource RNs to support adult hospitals and Freestanding EDs across the system. You will deliver nursing care using the nursing process, perform assessments, treatments and education, and advocate for patients and families.

This Per Diem, Day shift role offers exposure across multiple locations. Requirements include BSN, graduation from an accredited school of nursing, WA RN license (or MSL), 1 year acute care, and current BLS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Registered Nurse license (RN) in Washington or MSL endorsement.
• One year of acute care experience.
• Current BLS Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care to patients using the nursing process.
• Perform related assessments, procedures and treatments.
• Develop and revise patient care plans and educate patients/families.
• Serve as patient advocate and ensure safety and documentation compliance.
