PNC is seeking a Systems Reliability Support Specialist to join the IT Site Reliability Engineering Center. Based in one of several hubs including Phoenix, AZ, you will support Linux, Java, SQL, log aggregation, Kubernetes and security across critical systems.

Ideal candidates bring experience with multiple technologies, be ready for off-hour rotation, and understand governance, continuity testing and audit responses. Visa sponsorship is not provided.

Qualifications

• Experience with Linux, SQL, log aggregation querying, Java debugging, Python debugging, MongoDB, Hadoop and Big Data pipelines.
• Kubernetes/Pod orchestration, systems networking and security knowledge.
• Experience with ETL, SAFe, Mainframe, Oracle/SQL/Kafka/Mongo, and Ansible is a plus.

• Perform maintenance including installation of patches and upgrades.

Position Overview

As a Systems Reliability Support Specialist, within PNC's IT, Site Reliability Engineering Center (SRC) you will work from one of PNC's IT Hubs: Cleveland, Ohio; Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Dallas, Texas; Birmingham, Alabama, Denver, Colorado or Phoenix, Arizona.

Experience with multiple technologies with the capacity to learn new technologies: Linux, SQL, Log aggregation querying, Java debugging, python debugging , Mongo DB, Hadoop, Big Data Pipelines. Kubernetes/Pod orchestration, Systems networking / Security.

Experience with these technologies are a plus: ETL knowledge, SAFe methodology, Mainframe, additional DBs (Oracle, SQL, Kafka, Mongo, etc) and Ansible.

Position supports PNC's Site Reliability Engineering Center and involves participating on a team rotation schedule for off hour critical incidents.

Base Salary: $63,750.00 - $116,875.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
