PNC's Site Reliability Engineering Center seeks a Software Engineer Lead to drive design and development of scalable software solutions. Based in one of PNC's IT hubs, you will coordinate across teams and own key parts of the technical design.

You will work with Java, Spring Boot, Kubernetes, and microservices, ensuring reliability and performance while rotating for off-hour incidents in a customer-focused culture.

As a Software Engineer Lead within PNC's Site Reliability Engineering Center (SRC), you will be based in one of PNC's IT Hubs: Cleveland, Ohio; Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; Dallas, Texas; Birmingham, Alabama; Phoenix, Arizona or Denver, Colorado.

Experience with a combination of the following technologies is necessary:

Position supports PNC's Site Reliability Engineering Center and involves participating on a team rotation schedule for off hour critical incidents.

Base Salary: $86,250.00 - $158,125.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
