Job summary

Lee Health is seeking an experienced physician leader to fill the System Physician Advisor Medical Director role in Fort Myers, Florida. This non-clinical leadership position involves enhancing care management and resource utilization across the health system.

The physician leader will provide oversight for utilization management, collaborate with various operational leaders, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of clinical practice experience, preferably in inpatient care settings.
• Prior experience in physician leadership, mentorship, clinician education, and conflict resolution preferred.
• Active Florida medical license in good standing required.
