This full-time, non-clinical role will report to the Chief Physician Executive and is responsible for utilization management, care coordination, and ensuring compliance with medical necessity guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of clinical practice experience in inpatient care settings.
• Prior experience in physician leadership, mentorship and clinician education preferred.
• Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and documentation integrity.

Responsibilities

• Provide physician leadership and oversight for utilization management.
• Educate and support providers regarding CMS regulations and medical necessity criteria.
• Analyze trends related to payer denials and resource utilization.
