Job summary

The role requires managing system availability, incident handling, and collaboration with account leadership, technical teams, vendors and business stakeholders to ensure reliable delivery. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of direct experience in healthcare claims processing systems, knowledge of ITIL-based service

• Maintenance & Operations (M&O) experience
