In this position, you’ll help keep complex infrastructure running across client, server, storage, network, virtual, and mobile environments while serving as a key escalation point for challenging technical issues. You’ll work across Linux, UNIX, and Windows platforms, troubleshoot and resolve Tier 2 and Tier 3 problems, configure virtual and storage environments, and help strengthen the stability and performance of the systems our customers depend on.Security Clearance Requirements:
