Job summary

AscendArc is seeking an experienced System Integration and Test Lead to drive the integration, verification, and test program for a revolutionary satellite communications system. You will own the FlatSat architecture, manage the AIT flow, and coordinate hardware/software integration.

This role also covers launch-site campaigns, EGSE strategy, and leading technicians and interns. A BS/MS in engineering and 8+ years in spacecraft integration are expected; strong leadership and hands-on test

Qualifications

8+ years of spacecraft integration and test experience; BS/MS in Aerospace, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
Ownership of an AIT or FlatSat campaign, including integration flow, EGSE strategy, and verification execution.
Hands-on experience with hardware/software integration and ground-test interfaces (CAN, 1553, SpaceWire, or similar).
Experience planning and executing spacecraft-level test campaigns and, ideally, supporting a launch-site campaign.
Strong organizational and leadership skills; able to coordinate technicians, EGSE, and test automation into a coherent campaign.

Responsibilities

Own the FlatSat architecture and the AIT campaign flow; manage hardware/software integration and ground-test interfaces.
Coordinate technicians and test interns who support integration.
Lead test sequences, EGSE strategy, and verification execution; extend to launch-site campaign responsibilities.
