M9 Solutions is seeking aSystem Integration/Test Engineerto work on a government contract for a client located in Colorado Springs, CO. An active TS/SCI clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the development of IT solutions across all components of software systems through design, integration, implementation, and support.


• Coordinate, develop, and integrate new systems in both physical and virtualized environments.


• Develop and install upgrades to existing systems.


• Develop scripts to improve system administration and deployment automation.


• Provide solutions to a wide range of difficult problems with imaginative and thorough solutions.


• Troubleshoot issues and provide support across the information system.


• Work under general direction and results are reviewed upon completion for adequacy in meeting objectives.


• Frequent internal and external customer contacts representing the organization in providing solutions to difficult technical issues associated with specific projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance.


• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, math, or applied science degree with 5 years of experience; or Master's degree and 3+ years of experience.


• Experience with supporting Windows operating systems.


• COTS software deployment experience.


• Experience writing scripts.


• Familiarity with automation tools / scripting.


• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting (ability to read/understand existing scripts).


• Strong understanding and application of cybersecurity practices.


• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and principles.


• Exceptional troubleshooting skills.

Salary Range

$60,000—$180,000 USD
