Job summary

Base-2 Solutions is seeking a System Integration Specialist to support USSOUTHCOM J26 ENHANCED DOMAIN AWARENESS task order. This role focuses on integrating JIRA, GitLab, and other ITSM tools to ensure seamless data synchronization and workflow automation in a secure environment.

The candidate should be proficient in API integrations, system interoperability, and secure authentication protocols, with strong scripting and automation skills to streamline cross-platform data exchange.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
5+ years of equivalent experience in system integration
Experience with ITSM platforms, API-based solutions, and secure identity federation
Experience with OAuth, SAML, and enterprise authentication protocols

Responsibilities

Integrate JIRA, GitLab, and other ITSM tools to ensure data synchronization and workflow automation.
Perform API integrations and ensure system interoperability.
Implement secure authentication protocols including OAuth and SAML.
Develop scripting and automation solutions to streamline data exchange between platforms.
