Leonardo DRS in Germantown, MD is hiring multiple Assemblers for System Integration to join our on-site team. The role involves performing assembly work across mechanical, harness, PCB sub-assemblies, and related tasks per models and drawings.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED with at least 2 years of related experience, plus experience in system integration or fabrication. This is a 2nd shift on-site position with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 2years of experience in specialty area e.g. welding, tool making.
• Experience in System Integration or Fabrication
• Preferred aerospace and defense manufacturing experience

Responsabilités

• Produce quality work to prescribed standards and meet customer commitments on schedule and within budget.
• Follow written work instructions.
• Work under minimal supervision on non-routine duties and adapt procedures to meet special needs.
• Perform detailed tasks requiring deeper knowledge and experience in the specified processes.
• Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Communicate effectively with Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Quality, and Sales.
