Job description

• We are seeking an experienced Senior Test Systems Engineer to lead the development, integration, testing, and maintenance of automated test solutions for complex electronic systems.
• The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Test Program Set (TPS) development, hardware/software integration, and automated test systems, with proficiency in PAWS ATLAS or NI TestStand and LabWindows/CVI.
• The candidate will support the development of test programs for LM-STAR, LM-CORE, and eCASS systems, working across RF, analog, digital, Electronic Warfare (EW), Electro-Optics, and communications technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, development, implementation, testing, documentation, and maintenance of system and subsystem test solutions.
• Develop and maintain automated Test Program Sets (TPS) for electronic systems using PAWS ATLAS or NI TestStand and LabWindows/CVI.
• Translate customer requirements and contractual specifications into effective system-level test solutions.
• Define functional and technical specifications, test requirements, input/output parameters, and test procedures.
• Lead hardware/software integration activities and resolve interface-related issues.
• Coordinate TPS development activities with Hardware, Software, and Systems Engineering teams.
• Develop and execute system-level and subsystem-level test programs and procedures.
• Analyze test results, validate system performance, and prepare comprehensive technical evaluation reports.
• Identify and document discrepancies and perform integration regression testing to validate corrective fixes.
• Provide technical and project leadership to TPS development teams.
• Support testing across RF, analog, digital, Electronic Warfare, Electro-Optics, and communications technologies.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Test Engineering, Test Systems Development, or a similar technical role.
• Strong experience in automated test program development and Test Program Set (TPS) development.
• Proficiency in PAWS ATLAS or NI TestStand and LabWindows/CVI.
• Experience with hardware/software integration and system-level testing.
• Experience developing test programs, procedures, and technical specifications.
• Working knowledge of standard electronic laboratory test equipment.
• Experience leading technical teams and coordinating cross-functional engineering activities.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Technical Experience

• LM-STAR, LM-CORE, or eCASS test systems.
• RF, analog, and digital electronics testing.
