Job summary

Pentangle Tech Services | P5 Group in Farmington Hills, MI seeks an engineer to lead HIL system bench simulator development, integrating plant models, loads and sensors with vehicle ECU I/O, and validating CAN/CAN-FD/LIN/Ethernet while easing integration challenges.

You will design control algorithms for HVAC actuators and sensors, perform ongoing HIL maintenance, and troubleshoot the platform to support automotive system verification.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Automotive Systems Engineering.
• Experience with HIL systems and bench simulators.
• Knowledge of CAN, CAN-FD, LIN and Ethernet protocols.
• Ability to integrate plant models, loads and sensors with vehicle ECU I/O.
• Develop control algorithms for HVAC actuators and sensors.
• HIL maintenance and troubleshooting experience.

• Primary worksite is Farmington Hills, MI, but relocation is possible.


• Involve in System development of HIL System Bench Simulator.


• Integration of Plant Models, real loads, sensors with the I/O of Vehicle ECUs as per the software growing maturities.


• Verification of communication protocols standards for HIL platform (including CAN, CAN-FD, LIN & Ethernet).


• Develop algorithm for the controls of actuators and sensors of HVAC system.


• Perform HIL system maintenance and troubleshooting.

Req:

Master's degree in Elect Engineering or Automotive Systems Engineering.
