Job summary

Solerity, Inc. is seeking a System Engineer to support the MFAMS web applications, focusing on ICAM tools and services. You will document full life cycle design, collaborate with developers and customers, and generate both internal and customer-facing engineering documentation.

The role requires troubleshooting, requirements gathering, and effective communication to coordinate software deliveries and testing across multiple fabrics. TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Qualifications

• Must have TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Experience documenting system engineering processes and standard docs.
• Ability to gather, analyze and document customer requirements.
• Ability to triage user issues and respond with clear action plans.
• Capable of producing user guides, FAQs and support communications.
• Experience creating briefings and roadmaps for customers.
• Familiar with Jira, Confluence, O365 and Microsoft Office.
• Able to translate high level tasks into actionable steps.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with agile projects and processes.

Responsibilities

• Document full life cycle design, development and testing across multiple fabrics.
• Work with customers to identify and resolve user-reported issues.
• Create and modify internal and customer-facing documents and test artifacts.
• Coordinate test users and track testing results across scenarios.
• Coordinate software deliveries with external organizations.
