Belay Technologies is seeking a System Engineer to join our intel team. You will work on a series of certified, trusted mission data applications used to answer mission and leadership questions across the Enterprise.

The role includes facilitating agile ceremonies, serving as ADS Scrum Master, coordinating testing, and maintaining documentation and stakeholder communications with government leaders and end users. Strong collaboration and independent work are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 7+ years of system engineering experience or 12+ years in lieu of degree.
• Experience leading agile development ceremonies.
• Experience developing and updating technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between Government leadership and development team to establish priorities.
• Serve as ADS Scrum Master and facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement.
• Assist Product Lead with outreach and stakeholder engagement for ADS.
• Conduct ADS user experience, demos, and training.
• Maintain Siteworks, ADS Confluence space and overall roadmap.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and coordinate testing cycles.
• Maintain accurate system and activity records; ensure documentation supports compliance.
• Manage ADS Helpdesk and User Support Operations.
