Halogen Engineering is looking for a System Engineer with Agile/Scrum experience.

Location: Annapolis Junction, MD/Hybrid

Travel Required: No

Shift: Day

Remote Type: Hybrid (Up to 16 hours of telework per week, however telework hours will depend on tasking)

Salary Range

The projected compensation range for this position is228K-246K (annualized USD).

Salaryis determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements

Required Skills

• Experience as an Agile SCRUM Master

Qualifications

• A Master's degree with eighteen (18) years of system engineering experience
• OR a Bachelor’s degree with twenty (20) years of systems engineering experience in a Qualified Engineering Field (Aeronautics, Biomedical, Chemical, Civil, Computer, Electrical, Environmental, Mechanical, Nuclear, Software, Systems, and Engineering Management) or a related discipline (Chemistry, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, and Physics) from an accredited college or university
• OR a High School Diploma or GED with twenty‑four (24) years of systems engineering experience.
