In This Role You Will

• Work with the Product Owner and Squad members to test, configure, build, and maintain on-prem RHEL platform automation in line with agreed requirements
• Work with your team to implement and operate your solutions
• Drive and lead solutions from conceptualization to realization, i.e., Design, Development, Test/Qualify, Deploy, and Support / Maintain
• Deploy infrastructure and software according to our change management processes
• Provide L2 operational support for RHEL infrastructure components
• Collaborate with internal and external customers following DevOps/Agile principles and standard methodologies
• Track and detail the progress of services (systems/applications/procedures) as they evolve
• Engage with other internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Handle issues with a focus on continuous improvement
• Automate, educate, and share knowledge clearly
• Work in an office-first hybrid work model

We Are Seeking Professionals With

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and 5+ years of experience supporting RHEL platforms in a large enterprise environment
• Strong IT knowledge of Linux platforms, including RHEL, OS commands, disk volumes, and kernel knowledge
• Good knowledge of Networking and TCP/IP
• Experience deploying OS and Applications via automation tools like Ansible
• Performing maintenance and upgrades using Ansible Controller and Red Hat Satellite
• Writing shell scripts and Ansible playbooks for system administration tasks
• Experience with configuration management and orchestration tools like Cloudbees
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GIT/Bitbucket
• Experience with VMware operations, including templates, snapshots, and VM management
• Experience with infrastructure automation and orchestration tools like vRA / vRO

Skills

• Ansible Development Professional (4-5 years)
