BCT LLC seeks a Systems Engineer 5 with an active TS/SCI clearance and POLY to support national security missions. The role requires experience with DoDAF or FEAF, ISO/IEC 15288 process areas, and hands-on work with CAMEO Systems Modeler and SysML across the full systems engineering lifecycle.

Responsibilities include guiding technical strategy, ensuring system integrity, and collaborating with government stakeholders to resolve technical issues while delivering high-quality system solutions.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with POLY is required.
• Experience with Defense Acquisition Systems, DoDAF or FEAF.
• ISO/IEC 15288 process areas experience is preferred.

About the job:

BCT LLC is seeking a Systems Engineer 5 to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess an active TS/SCI with POLY and have experience with Defense Acquisition Systems, DoDAF or FEAF, Technical skills in CAMEO Systems Modeler and SysML, and ISO/IEC 15288 process areas experience.

In addition:

Applies systems engineering principles throughout the systems life cycle phases: Concept, Development, Production, Utilization, Support, and Retirement. Interacts with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues or conflicts.

Communicates with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives. Responsibility for the technical integrity, quality, and completeness of work performed and deliverables associated with one or more of the 25 process areas defined by ISO/IEC15288:

• Technical Process Area - Stakeholder Requirements Definition, Requirements Analysis, Architectural Design, Implementation, Integration, Verification, Transition, Validation, Operation, Maintenance, and Disposal.
• Project Process Area - Project Planning, Project Assessment and Control, Decision Management, Risk Management, Configuration Management, Information Management, and Measurement.
• Enterprise (Organizational Project-Enabling) Process Area - Project Portfolio Management, Infrastructure Management, Lifecycle Model Management, Human Resource Management, and Quality Management.
• Agreement Process Area - Acquisition and Supply.

Required Education:

Qualified candidates must meet one of the following criteria:

• High School Diploma or GED, plus nineteen (19) years of general systems engineering experience;
• Bachelor’s degree in a qualified engineering or related field, plus (15) years of systems engineering experience; or
• Master’s degree or PhD in a qualified engineering or related field, plus (13 years of systems engineering experience.

Salary Range:

$216.000 - $308,000

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, BCT-LLC considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
