BCT LLC is seeking a Systems Engineer 5 to join our team in Maryland. Ideal candidates will hold an active TS/SCI with POLY and have deep experience with Defense Acquisition Systems, DoDAF or FEAF, plus strong skills in CAMEO Systems Modeler, SysML and ISO/IEC15288 processes.

• Interact with Government representatives and program personnel on technical considerations and issues
• Coordinate with senior executives on risk, decisions and verification activities
• Manage stakeholder requirements and perform analysis and architecture design

BCT LLC is seeking a Systems Engineer 5 to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess an active TSSCI with POLY and have experience with Defense Acquisition Systems, DoDAF or FEAF. Technical skills in CAMEO Systems Modeler and SysML and ISO/IEC15288 process areas experience. In addition, applies systems engineering principles throughout the systems life cycle phases – Concept Development, Production, Utilization, Support and Retirement. Interacts with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues or conflicts. Communicates with other program personnel, government overseers and senior executives. Responsibility for the technical integrity, quality and completeness of work performed and deliverables associated with one or more of the 25 process areas defined by ISO/IEC15288.

Required Education

Qualified candidates must meet one of the following criteria: High School Diploma or GED plus nineteen (19) years of general systems engineering experience; Bachelors degree in a qualified engineering or related field plus 15 years of systems engineering experience; or Masters degree or PhD in a qualified engineering or related field plus 13 years of systems engineering experience.

Salary Range

216000 308000. The above salary range represents a general guideline; however BCT LLC considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate’s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
