Akkodis seeks an experienced engineer with strong ADAS knowledge and a background in ECU diagnostics to analyze systems, define use cases, and document product requirements. You will work with Product Systems Leads to align scope and drive system-level testing and validation.

Responsibilities include planning, DFMEA contributions, and ensuring contract scope is met while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust automotive solutions.

Formación

• 5–8 years of relevant experience and a college degree in engineering or equivalent training.
• Strong knowledge of ADAS systems, ECU, and CAN communication.
• Experience with Python programming and system-level requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Define stakeholder requirements clearly for the project.
• Analyze the system to identify and refine end-to-end use cases.
• Document use cases and product requirements, including non-functional needs.
• Coordinate requirements across affected teams and resolve issues.
• Clarify questions with customers with owner support from leads.
• Participate in program increment planning and system checkout tests.
• Contribute to System DFMEA and ensure scope compliance.
• Create Change Requests for out-of-scope customer requests.

Pay Rate:

$45hr. -$48/hr. (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors)

Job Description:

Thorough knowledge of ADAS systems, especially ADAS ECU, Diagnostics, XCP based testing, CAN Communication knowledge and experience with Python programming. Knowledge of design, development and test engineering, manufacturing processes, assembly operations . 5-8 years of relevant experience and College degree with a major in engineering or equivalent training.

Major Accountabilities:

• Reassuring, that all Stakeholder Requirements (scope of the work requested by customer) is clearly defined
• Is responsible for the analysis of the system:
• Identifies and creates the Use Cases (End-to-end functions) of the system, product or platform with support from Product Systems Feature / Function Lead (Owner)
• Refines Use Cases to identify System Functions
• Is responsible to document the Uses Cases and Product Requirements in the Product Requirement Specification including non-functional product requirements, process and project execution requirements, requirements for test and validation, requirements for manufacturing
• Coordinates and aligns Product requirements with all affected competencies and ensures review of Product requirements and clarification of resulting issues
• Clarifies open questions with customer with support from Product Systems Feature / Function Lead (Owner)

Support of:

• Participates in Program Increment Planning, System check out tests, System Demos and Retrospectives
• Contributes on System DFMEA
• Rejects Customer / Stakeholder Requests to ensure compliance to contractually agreed scope
• Creates Change Requests for Customer / Stakeholder Requests out of scope
