Job summary

Infotree Global Solutions seeks a hardware validation engineer to debug and validate PC/server hardware at the platform level, identifying root causes from development through validation and production.

You will debug x86 platforms, troubleshoot PCIe/USB/SATA interfaces, and analyze BIOS/OS/drivers. Proficiency in Python and C scripting for test automation is required; travel may be involved.

Qualifications

Key responsibilities:

• Debug x86 platforms, CPUs, chipsets, memory, and system hardware.
• Troubleshoot PCIe, USB, SATA, PCI, LPC, and other high-speed interfaces.
• Strong experience and understanding of modern USB standards
• Analyze BIOS, OS, drivers, and hardware interactions at the system level.
• Use lab/debug tools such as JTAG debuggers, logic analyzers, and PCIe/USB/SATA protocol analyzers.
• Perform system validation, root-cause analysis, and issue resolution.
• Develop/use Python and C scripting and test automation.
• Work hands-on with hardware and lab test equipment.
• Support internal/customer engineering teams and provide technical guidance.
• May require customer support and occasional travel.
