Job description

What you’ll be doing:

• Designing and implementing hybrid and cloud-first infrastructure solutions
• Managing and optimising Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, and Intune environments
• Driving automation using Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, APIs, and PowerShell
• Strengthening security, access controls, and compliance across platforms
• Supporting and enhancing collaboration tools including Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
• Contributing to infrastructure and cloud projects from planning through delivery

What you bring:

• 3–5 years of progressive IT experience with a strong Microsoft 365 focus
• Proven experience managing Azure cloud services in a hybrid environment
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, Entra ID, and Intune
• Strong understanding of Azure compute, storage, networking, security, and monitoring
• Experience building automation with Power Automate and PowerShell
• Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure and cloud issues
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, solutions-driven mindset

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 3 years managing Microsoft 365 infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with both cloud and on-prem environments
• Strong scripting and automation capabilities
• Excellent documentation and problem-solving skills

Nice to have:

• Microsoft or cloud certifications (Azure, Microsoft 365, Security/Compliance)
• Experience with Google Workspace administration
• Working knowledge of Python and KQL
• Background in nonprofit or mission-driven organisations
