Insight Global is seeking a Systems Engineer Level 3 to support a leading Aerospace & Defense client in the Mukilteo area. The role involves driving planning, execution, and organization of program-wide technical activities to mature product development.

You will provide technical guidance to engineering teams, define system architecture, translate high-level requirements into actionable tasks, and ensure designs meet performance, safety, and compliance goals while supporting testing strategy

Responsibilities

Provide technical guidance to engineering teams working on flight-capable mechanical systems and structures
Support system-level planning, execution, and coordination across engineering disciplines
Help define system architecture and break high-level requirements into actionable engineering requirements
Ensure designs meet technical, performance, and compliance requirements
Support testing strategy, qualification planning, and performance validation
Create and maintain technical documentation, reports, and interface definitions

Job description

Insight Global is looking to hire a Systems Engineer Level 3 for one of their clients in the Aerospace and Defense industry. This position will require you to support product development and maturation by driving planning, execution and organization of program wide technical activities.
