$100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

I’m currently partnering with a forward‑thinking organisation that’s growing rapidly and looking for a System Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft technologies, Azure, and Office 365 to join their dynamic team.

As their System Engineer, you’ll play a key part in designing, implementing, and maintaining their Microsoft‑based infrastructure. You’ll be hands‑on with Azure cloud services, Office 365 administration, and on‑premise systems, ensuring everything runs seamlessly and securely.

This is an environment that values innovation, so you’ll have the freedom to propose improvements, drive automation, and work with the latest tools in the Microsoft ecosystem.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing and maintaining Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
• Building and optimising Windows Server infrastructure (AD, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
• Implementing security best practices and supporting compliance initiatives
• Monitoring and troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues
• Supporting migration projects, upgrades, and new deployments
• Collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver robust solutions

What you need:

• Proven experience in a System Engineer or similar infrastructure role
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune)
• Hands‑on experience with Azure services (IaaS, PaaS, identity management)
• Solid understanding of Windows Server environments and Active Directory
• A proactive mindset, excellent problem‑solving skills, and a passion for tech
