Responsibilities
- System Design:
- Develop and design control systems, instrumentation, and automation solutions for plant equipment and processes.
- Integration:
- Integrate various subsystems (such as PLCs, SCADA, DCS) to create a cohesive and efficient plant-wide system.
- Troubleshooting:
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to plant systems, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Process Optimization:
- Analyze data, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Maintenance:
- Oversee system maintenance, upgrades, and preventive measures.
- Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and environmental guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, or chemical engineering.
- Experience: Prior experience in industrial automation, control systems, or process engineering.
- Skills: Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley).
- Knowledge: Knowledge of HMI/SCADA systems. Familiarity with P&IDs (Process and Instrumentation Diagrams).
- Soft skills: Strong problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and team work skills.
