Que Technology Group, Inc. seeks a System Engineer to lead the Secure Token Service (STS) team. You will coordinate requirements, architect solutions, and support federation and Single Sign-On capabilities across enterprise environments.

Responsibilities include leading developers, system integrators, and admins to install, configure, operate, and maintain COTS products for Secure Token aids. TS/SCI clearance preferred; on-site at Fort Meade, MD with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience in System Engineering programs and contracts of similar scope.
• Deep understanding of PKI/TLS, SAML/OAuth/OIDC concepts.
• Extensive experience with ICAM solutions.
• Experience with enterprise Linux/Windows environments.
• Familiar with Secure Token Service and Single Sign-On integrations.
• Experience with Ping, Okta, Login.gov, or Keycloak.
• AWS and/or Azure cloud certification and experience.
• Familiarity with orchestration and automation toolsets and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience leading teams and onboarding/training new staff.
• Ability to estimate and plan new requirements.
• Ability to diagnose and integrate modern and legacy tools to optimize business processes.
• Understanding of networking and troubleshooting; SDLC background with change management and documentation in Confluence.

Que Technology Group, Inc., is seeking a motivated System Engineer to become The Secure Token Service (STS) team lead. You will coordinate requirements, architect solutions, and support implementation of federation and Single Sign On capabilities as enterprise solutions.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Lead a team consisting of developers, system integrators, and system administrators to install, configure, operate, and maintain COTS products to support Secure Token capabilities.
• Perform analysis, diagnostics, and preliminary evaluations of new COTS products and tools

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university isrequired.
• 15 years ofadditionalSystem Engineering experience in programs and contracts of similar scope,typeand complexity
• 5 years of additional System Engineering experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree for a total of 20 years.
• Direct experience with and understanding PKI/TLS, SAML/OAuth/OIDC concepts.
• Extensive experience with customer ICAM solutions.
• Ability to work with the installation and customization of COTS products in an enterprise environment on Linux and Windows platforms.
• Familiar with Secure Token Service and Single Sign-On
• Experience with Ping, Okta, Login.gov, or Keycloak integration
• AWS and/or Azure cloud certification and experience
• Familiarity with orchestration and automation toolsets including Cloud native architectures.
• Experience leading a team working directly with functional counterparts on requirements gathering and program specification and design and information systems. This includes supporting onboarding and training of new staff.
• Experience estimating and planning new requirement implementation.
• Ability to develop, diagnose and debug automation and integrate modern and legacy tools to optimize business processes.
• Understanding of networking and troubleshooting
• Must have an understanding of the software development life-cycle, including change management, functional and technical specification development.
• Experience with generation and updating technical documentation in Confluence.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Some development experience may be useful.

Security Clearance:

• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
