Job summary

Riccione Resources, Inc. in Dallas, TX is seeking a Systems Engineer to design and deliver hardware/software products from concept to launch.

You will provide technical guidance, develop test plans, and create configuration files based on customer diagrams, with in-house engineering and manufacturing supporting high-end clients. The role requires 4+ years’ systems engineering experience, strong communication, and willingness to travel up to 25% (domestic and international).

Responsibilities

• Prepare documentation, including specifications, diagrams, proposals, and plans.
• Provide technical guidance to teams based on customer requirements.
• Set up and test proof-of-concept solutions.
• Create configuration files from customer diagrams.
• Manage setups for trade shows and demos.
• Understand customer needs and recommend solutions.
• Share customer insights to improve products.
• Build customer relationships and stay updated on industry trends.
• Develop test cases and procedures as needed.
• Improve testing methods and replicate customer issues with specific setups.
• Update systems and qualification documentation.
• Develop Python scripts for automated testing and provide remote technical support.
• Perform software updates and diagnostics on deployed systems.
• Resolve customer issues or elevate as needed.
• Participate in on-call support rotation.

Salary: 110k - 140k + Bonus & 401k (4% match)
