What will you be doing?
- Prepare documentation, including specifications, diagrams, proposals, and plans.
- Provide technical guidance to teams based on customer requirements.
- Set up and test proof-of-concept solutions.
- Create configuration files from customer diagrams.
- Manage setups for trade shows and demos.
- Understand customer needs and recommend solutions.
- Share customer insights to improve products.
- Build customer relationships and stay updated on industry trends.
- Develop test cases and procedures as needed.
- Improve testing methods and replicate customer issues with specific setups.
- Update systems and qualification documentation.
- Develop Python scripts for automated testing and provide remote technical support.
- Perform software updates and diagnostics on deployed systems.
- Resolve customer issues or elevate as needed.
- Participate in on-call support rotation.
What skills/experience do you need?
- 4+ years of systems engineering experience.
- Experience related to hardware and software products.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Customer-facing technical support or systems integration experience in aerospace or regulated environments.
- Willing to travel up to 25%, domestic and international.
What will make your resume stand out?
- Experience with Audio, Video, networking, aircraft wiring diagrams, or avionics.
- Familiar with Python, XML, databases, networking, and error log analysis.
- Experience with demos, trade shows, customer installs, or troubleshooting fielded systems.
Schedule: Flexible start and finish time; core hours 9:00-3:00 with the following options:
- 5 days working 8 hours/day
- 4 days working 10 hours/day
- Hybrid, 4 days on-site, 1 day remote
Salary: 110k - 140k + Bonus & 401k (4% match)
