Qualifications

• BSN required; RN license active in NY.
• Master’s degree preferred for senior leadership.
• 5+ years of healthcare experience with focus on surgical services.
• 3+ years of surgical-services leadership experience.
• Strong fiscal-management, budgeting, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide system-level leadership for perioperative services.
• Direct daily operations of perioperative departments.
• Oversee OR, preop, postop, scheduling, endoscopy, sterile processing.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission and regulations.
• Develop staffing models and organizational structures.
• Lead recruitment, retention, and performance management.
• Collaborate with clinical and executive leadership teams.
• Monitor quality, throughput, and financial performance.
