Job Overview

This is a remote position responsible for leading strategic inorganic growth initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and partnerships. The role involves developing data-driven analyses, managing transaction processes, and ensuring successful integration and portfolio performance.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Engage with leadership and external partners to identify and facilitate strategic transactions.
  2. Perform data analysis and business case development to support decision-making.
  3. Lead transaction processes, including due diligence, financial modeling, and documentation.
  4. Coordinate with legal and cross-functional teams for smooth execution and integration.
  5. Monitor and report on partnership portfolio performance and compliance.
Qualifications
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Health Administration (Master’s preferred).
Experience
  • At least 5 years in business development, healthcare management consulting, or strategic planning.
  • Minimum 3 years in project management.
  • At least 2 years supervisory experience, healthcare experience preferred.
Skills
  • Strong financial acumen and understanding of healthcare economics.
  • Experience with mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, and investment analysis.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Additional Details

Pay Range: $72.03 - $104.45/hour
