Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/CE/SE or related field.
• Experience with at least one modern language (C++, C#, Java, Python, Golang, PowerShell, Ruby).
• Experience with automation tools for building, testing, releasing or monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Review service dashboards and alarms; monitor CX services across partitions.
• Draft designs for automations to reduce region-launch time from hours to minutes.
• Debug latency spikes across services; diagnose retry policy issues and push fixes through CI/CD.
• Participate in cross-team architecture reviews influencing government partition integrations.
• Write code for alarms, CLI tools, or roadmap features; iterate on designs with senior engineers.
