Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a System Assembly Foreman in Export, PA to lead a small team on the shop floor, assembling, testing, and troubleshooting custom systems. This hands-on role keeps you on the floor about 90% of the time and involves mentoring assembly technicians.

You’ll read blueprints, perform drilling, wiring, and component installation, and help coordinate daily workflow while promoting safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of industrial mechanical, electro-mechanical, or systems assembly experience.
• Ability to read blueprints, assembly drawings, and electrical schematics.
• Strong mechanical and electrical assembly skills.
• Previous lead, training, or mentoring experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with precision measuring and electrical testing equipment.
• Technical/vocational training and Lean/6S experience preferred.
• Previous Lead Technician or Working Lead experience preferred.

System Assembly Foreman - Export, PA This is an exciting hands-on opportunity for an experienced mechanical or electro-mechanical professional to take a leadership role while staying directly involved in the work. You'll spend approximately 90% of your time on the shop floor assembling, testing, and troubleshooting custom systems while mentoring and supporting the assembly team.

Shift/Hours: Monday-Friday | 7a-4p

Pay: $35-40/hour, depending on experience
