Overview

Arthur Grand Technologies is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Systems Analyst II (Mainframe - Cobol) – Contract – Remote for one of our clients.

Location: Remote

Duration: 6 months+

Responsibilities

• Support the Ancillary IT lines of business (dental, vision, and CDH products) with potential cross-functional collaboration with pharmacy and EOB IT teams.
• Ensure successful execution of production jobs, resolve defects, and develop or enhance mainframe logic to prevent job failures.
• Work on claim file loading, CDH membership reconciliations, and corrections.
• Support project initiatives related to 2026 benefits and enrolment.
• Proficiency in SQL and Java is an asset to contribute to core processes such as reporting and benefit functions and to enhance IT operations.

Top Skills/Experience

• Strong mainframe (COBOL) skills
• Ability to test packages on the mainframe, promote packages using change management
• SQL – database query, troubleshooting, and reporting
