Job summary

BinTech Group seeks a Java Developer with 3–4 years of experience, plus strong EDI and testing background, to support Health IT systems and Medicare/Medicaid eligibility processing. PostgreSQL skills required. Role involves 270/271 data formats and related X12 handling. Location requires 1 day/week onsite across 7 cities including Syracuse, NY.

6-month C2H contract. Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. (USC/GC).

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of Java development experience.
• 3+ years of EDI experience.
• 3+ years of software testing experience.
• Strong written and spoken communications and documentation.
• 2–3 years of PostgreSQL experience.
• Experience with Health IT systems and EDI processing.
• Experience with healthcare benefits policies and eligibility (Medicare/Medicaid).
• Experience with 270/271 transactions or other X12 formats.

• Must have Postgres Database experience - 2-3 years
• Must have experience with Health IT systems and EDI processing
• Must have experience with healthcare benefits policies and eligibility, specifically Medicare/ Medicaid
• Must have experience with 270/ 271 transactions and/or other X12 data formats
• Standard Work Hours Are Monday – Friday. They Can Flex Starting As Early As 7AM And As Late As 9AM EST.
