Job summary

Golden Technology is seeking a System Administrator to manage Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 environments, with VMware vSphere and VDI support. The role emphasizes automation, on-call readiness, and clear incident communication.

The successful candidate will have 3–5 years of enterprise admin experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and a collaborative approach to infrastructure improvements in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of enterprise system administration experience.
• Strong Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 / Office 365 administration and troubleshooting.
• VMware vSphere administration and troubleshooting experience.
• Proficient in PowerShell to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
• Ability to troubleshoot, document, and communicate clearly; on-call rotation participation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Windows Server environments, AD, and Group Policy.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online and Teams.
• Provide VMware vSphere, Horizon/AVD, and storage-related operations support.
• Assist IAM/SSO/MFA workflows and identity integrations with application teams.
• Contribute to automation, scripting, and infrastructure improvements.
• Respond to alerts, document changes, and follow incident escalation processes.
