Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a System Administrator in Modesto, CA (on-site) to own and maintain critical enterprise infrastructure. This hands-on role covers server, cloud, networking, and end-user environments, with workload on VMware, Windows, Linux, AD/AAD, MFA, and Intune.

The ideal candidate will lead infrastructure initiatives, support business operations, and collaborate with IT teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Systems/Network Administration or related infrastructure role.
• Advanced networking and distributed computing knowledge.
• Heavy experience with Windows Server (DNS, Group Policy, File Servers, Print Management).
• Experience with VMware and virtualized server environments.
• Experience administering Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Hands-on with AD/AAD/MFA and Intune.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain VMware, Windows, and Linux server environments.
• Provision, configure, and decommission physical and virtual servers.
• Administer on-premises Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
• Manage user accounts, groups, permissions, printers, and access controls.
• Support daily operations of core infrastructure including server, voice, video, and data platforms.
• Implement and maintain backup, DR, and redundancy solutions.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint and Teams.
• Administer enterprise mobile device platforms (Intune).
• Troubleshoot complex escalated infrastructure issues.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, standards, and procedures.
• Coordinate with vendors for projects and service delivery.
• Manage software and hardware licensing agreements.
• Lead infrastructure projects and research new technologies for efficiency, reliability, security.
• Mentor junior IT staff and promote best practices and customer service.
