Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Windows Server administration.
• Office Suite and Visual Studio familiarity.
• Proficiency in C++ or PowerShell for app support.
• Understanding of control systems, data design, HA architectures, and configuration management.
• Experience with structured project management and deployments.

Responsibilities

• Provide full lifecycle system administration for energy sector operational systems.
• Maintain complex computing environments for production and training.
• Collaborate with operations, IT, and engineering for 24/7 mission-critical infrastructure.
• Coordinate deployments of updates, databases, and display configurations.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues; develop preventive maintenance plans.
• Document changes and upgrades following change management procedures.
• Support vendor-specific applications ensuring integration with broader systems.
• Provide technical analysis for system upgrades or enhancements.
• Create and maintain operational docs, guides, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Train staff and act as SME on assigned systems.
• Provide limited after-hours or on-call support.
