Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or equivalent.
• 3+ years in system administration and network infrastructure support.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Azure/Entra ID.
• Experience with endpoint management, virtualization, and basic network services.

Responsibilities

• Administers and supports core physical, virtual, and cloud infrastructure services.
• Controls endpoint devices lifecycle: provisioning, patching, monitoring, retirement.
• Maintains documentation for infrastructure processes and topology.
• Performs Windows Server / AD administration and virtualization platform management.
• Supports disaster recovery planning, backup operations, and incident resolution.
• Assists with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of servers, endpoints, cloud, and networking.
• Provides IAM across users, roles, and privileged access; maintains access governance.
