We are looking for a System Administrator 1 to join our Security and Electronic Systems (SES) business unit. You will be part of a team responsible for design, implementation, operations & maintenance, and cybersecurity of complex hardware and virtualized infrastructure to meet stakeholder needs and standards.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do: You will monitor, maintain, and test electronic security systems such as Physical Access Control, CCTV, PSIM, and support IT systems for endpoint devices. The role includes Tier 1 helpdesk support.

Main Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
  • Assist end users with IT systems access and usage.
  • Answer helpdesk calls, triage, support, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Document support activities using ticketing systems.
  • Monitor enterprise systems for issues like network outages and degraded services.
  • Support configuration and management of Windows OS and applications.
  • Support desktop hardware setup, imaging, and antivirus updates.
  • Apply security updates, patches, and adhere to IA standards.
  • Install, configure, and maintain third-party applications.
  • Perform root cause analysis and support preventive maintenance.
  • Contribute to technical documentation and SOPs.
  • Perform duties under supervision.
Qualifications
  • Applicants must be U.S. Citizens and eligible for a security clearance.
  • Education: BS degree with experience or HS diploma with extensive experience.
  • Experience in system troubleshooting, problem resolution, and data analysis.
  • Knowledge of Windows patching, vulnerability remediation, and networking basics.
  • Reliable attendance and flexible working hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Minimum IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+).
  • Proficiency with MS Office tools.
