This role is responsible for day-to-day administration and operational support across servers, user access, endpoints, core business applications, and routine infrastructure maintenance. You will work closely with other IT team members, following established standards, maintenance schedules, and escalation paths to support uptime, employee productivity, and reliable IT operations.This is a support-and-maintenance role with meaningful system-level responsibility. You will troubleshoot incidents, perform routine changes, apply patches, manage standard access requests, verify backups, and maintain technical documentation.
