Job summary

Global Information Technology, located in Salem, OR, is seeking a System Administrator for a contract role with hybrid work options. The ideal candidate will manage Windows Server environments, AD/Entra ID, and cloud services (Microsoft 365 and Azure), and will contribute to enterprise deployment, scripting, and server migrations.

The role requires strong collaboration and documentation skills, with preference for VMware/Workspace ONE certifications and public sector experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of System Administration experience.
• Strong experience with Windows Server Administration.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Group Policy, and enterprise Windows deployment.
• Experience with DNS, DHCP, and PowerShell scripting.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and technical support skills.
• Experience with server migrations and infrastructure modernization.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• VMware, Workspace ONE, Microsoft certifications, and public sector experience are preferred.
