This position is full-time with an entry-level seniority level, based in New York, NY.

Responsibilities include:

• Onboard data sources through various methods (UF, HF, Syslog, Splunk TA, HEC, FTP(S), CSV, DB Connect, etc.)
• Work with the Splunk Common Information Model
• Parse fields from unstructured logs without Splunk Apps
• Administer Splunk Enterprise Security and Splunk ES Essentials
• Maintain Data Models and base save searches
• Develop dashboards, rules, alerts, and reports using Splunk SIEM
• Support parsing fields from unstructured logs
• Manage and support Splunk cluster environment
• Develop use cases to address security gaps using various tools
• Communicate findings and rule logic effectively to teams and leadership
• Assist in problem understanding and developing corrective actions
• Architect Splunk configurations and onboard large datasets from various sources

Salary Range: $95,000 - $110,000 per year.
