Job summary

Jobtailor in Dallas/Fort Worth area is seek­ing a systems administrator to manage Red Hat Enterprise Linux environments from RHEL 6 through 9. You will automate routine tasks, patch firmware, and support backup and recovery processes to keep critical infrastructure resilient.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with vulnerability management, antivirus/endpoint security, and scripting. You will collaborate with IT service delivery to ensure reliable, secure operations across enterprise

Qualifications

• Experience with firmware patching and patch management.

• Experience scripting or automating repetitive system administration tasks.
• Experience supporting antivirus and endpoint security management.
• Experience utilizing scheduling tools to prioritize workloads and system resources.
• Hands-on system administration with RHEL 6-9.
• IT customer support or service delivery experience.
• Must reside within the Fort Worth/Dallas, TX area.
• Experience with Solaris 10 and 11 desired.
• Experience with SuSE Linux desired.
• CrowdStrike and/or Trellix experience desired.
• Nessus/Tenable Agent experience desired.
• Ansible experience desired.
• ServiceCentral experience is a plus.
