Responsible for system support, performance, and availability of the global IT infrastructure (7x24). Provides support for operating systems, servers, storage, backup, FTP software, mail routing, and all related IT infrastructure. Monitor and troubleshoot systems, implement upgrades/changes, and assess organization's current and future needs. Primary support for on Premise, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform’s Windows, Linux, and SQL platforms. Resolve operational problems and work with vendors on an as needed basis. This Hybrid role requires in-person work at our Westminster, CO office 3 days a week.
