System Administrator

$85,000 - $95,000

Summary:

As a System Administrator (Tier 3, you will provide expert-level support to clients, resolving technical issues both on-site and remotely. Your role will contribute to the growth and efficiency of our business by delivering exceptional customer service and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Support: Provide secondary support for help desk calls, resolving client issues efficiently and documenting all activities.
• On-Site Support: Conduct service visits to client locations as needed.
• Business Development: Contribute to the growth of the business through technical expertise.
• Administrative Tasks: Ensure accurate timekeeping, assist with client complaints and follow-up, maintain client files, and provide administrative support.
• Technical Skills: Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, and storage environments. Possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8+ years of industry experience with 5+ years in a similar role.
• Proven experience in creating and training on technical documentation.
• Advanced certifications such as CCNP, CCDE, MCSE, Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or DevOps Engineer.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
