Quality Control Engineer position responsible for implementing Xcel Energy's Quality Assurance / Quality Control program across generating plants (Coal, Gas, Renewables) within the MN region. Ensures that project construction meets established quality standards, safety requirements, code and environmental regulations, and customer expectations. Responsible for monitoring, inspecting, and improving processes to ensure specifications and standards are met and projects are successful.

Responsibilities include participating in project reviews, inspections, quality plan development, and resolving installation or contractor quality issues.
