This job involves supporting a large U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) program as a Systems Administrator, focusing on Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), AdminStudio, and automation scripting. The role is onsite in the DC area.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and administer MECM for software deployment, patch management, and OS deployment.
• Troubleshoot MECM client issues and deployment failures.
• Develop and deploy software packages and patches via MECM.
• Maintain MECM infrastructure for performance and reliability.
• Use AdminStudio for application packaging and deployment.
• Write scripts in PowerShell, Batch, or VBScript to automate tasks.
• Automate workflows to improve efficiency and security compliance.
• Document configurations, processes, and scripting solutions.
• Provide tier 2 and 3 support for endpoint issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 4+ years of experience, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience with MECM and AdminStudio.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Batch, or VBScript.
• Experience with patch management, software deployment, and system configuration.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows OS management.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Desirable Skills

• Relevant Microsoft and packaging certifications.
• Knowledge of SQL and endpoint management tools like SCCM or Intune.

Pay range: $72,150 - $130,425 per year, based on skills and experience.
