Job summary

The Blending Technician at Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated in Charlotte will execute daily blend production of syrup batches from water, sugar, and concentrate, following production schedules and QA specifications.

You will handle receipt of concentrates and raw ingredients and maintain sanitation for blending equipment and lab processes. Applicants should have basic math, attention to SOPs, Excel familiarity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced food manufacturing setting with flexible

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Knowledge acquired through up to 12 months of work experience.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Familiar with lab practices and manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily blend production according to schedules and QA specs.
• Maintain blending equipment sanitation and lab calibration records.
• Receive concentrate and sugar shipments and input data into LDMS.
• Calibrate equipment and ensure measurement accuracy.
• Maintain documentation of testing and sanitation results.
