Overview

The Synthetic Turf Installer is responsible for the installation of artificial turf systems in residential and commercial environments. This role requires hands-on construction experience, attention to detail, and the ability to follow installation standards to deliver high-quality, durable turf installations that meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform synthetic turf installations including site preparation, base construction, grading, compaction, drainage setup, turf layout, cutting, seaming, infill application, and final grooming
• Follow company installation standards, safety protocols, and job specifications
• Read and interpret job plans, measurements, and work orders
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment safely
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members on-site
• Assist with material loading, unloading, and inventory tracking
• Participate in final walkthroughs and address punch list items as needed
• Follow all safety, PPE, and jobsite requirements

Qualifications

• Prior experience in synthetic turf installation, landscaping, construction, or related trades preferred
• Ability to perform physically demanding work including lifting, kneeling, bending, and working outdoors
• Familiarity with base prep, grading, and compaction methods a plus
• Basic math and measuring skills
• Valid driver’s license preferred
