Siemens Healthineers is seeking an on-site Service Manager to lead first-line support for syngo.via and related imaging applications in a healthcare setting in New York. You will coordinate with clinical teams, IT, and Siemens services to maintain system stability and productivity.

The role emphasizes application administration, user access, and workflow support for radiology and cardiology. A background in enterprise imaging and clinical-IT collaboration is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in healthcare IT or medical imaging.
• Knowledge of DICOM, HL7, PACS/VNA concepts.
• Experience working with clinical users and workflows.
• Preferred: experience with syngo.via or Siemens D&A portfolio.
• Hybrid clinical and IT background.
• Experience in enterprise imaging environments.

The syngo Service Manager acts as the on‑site operational owner and first‑line support lead for advanced visualization (syngo.via) and Digital & Automation imaging applications. What This Role Is (and Isn’t)

Ensures systems are operational and users productive. Acts as coordination and workflow enablement lead. Does not replace customer IT. Does not perform deep server or network troubleshooting.

The base pay range for this position is

$107,060–$147,213. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
