Synergy Manual Physical Therapy in Colorado Springs is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist licensed in Colorado for a full-time, in-person role. You will assess and treat patients, develop care plans, and collaborate with a team to maintain high-quality care.

Responsibilities include supervising support staff, ensuring efficient clinic flow, and complying with CCP and regulatory requirements. Education requires a CAPTE-approved PT program and an active CO license.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Physical Therapy Program approved by CAPTE.
• Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in Colorado.

Synergy Manual Physical Therapy is an outpatient physical therapy practice specializing in orthopedics and sports medicine. We pride ourselves on our reputation of providing excellent patient care and a great working environment. We are currently seeking an experienced Physical Therapist licensed in the state of Colorado and able to work full time hours.

Job Description

Provide assessments/evaluations and other physical therapy services to patients and/or clients for the purpose of injury prevention and rehabilitation as well as health promotion. Participate in activities and training to promote and attain regulatory compliance at the local, state and federal level.

Essential Job Functions

• Evaluate patients/clients, develop a plan of care with associated goals including quantifiable physical and functional targets
• Provide assessments, treatments, instructions and other physical therapy services according to the scope of practice limitations per state statute
• Retain the responsibility for all delegated tasks to other licensees and support personnel. Ensure proper and adequate supervision of the Physical Therapist Assistant and support personnel
• Work with team of therapists and support staff to problem solve, ensure excellent patient care, and optimize clinic flow.
• Ensure proficient services through proper patient and equipment scheduling
• Comply with the Facility’s Comprehensive Compliance Plan (CCP) which includes but is not limited to: Business & Clinical Operations, Environmental Health & Safety, HIPAA, Human Resources and Code of Conduct as well as all facility policies and procedures and educational requirements associated the CCP
• Comply with all local, state and federal regulations training and instruction requirements as well as any other standards that govern healthcare services provision
• Assist with and/or carry out routine cleaning, maintenance support operations of the clinic’s physical plant, patient care equipment and supplies in accordance with regulatory standards and EHS policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Physical Therapy Program approved by the Commission for the Accreditation of Physical Therapy Education.
• Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in Colorado

Salary: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
